02 Description of Service

HabitTrak is a habit tracking and daily planner application. The app allows you to create habits, track completions, write daily notes, and view progress insights.

03 Accounts

• You may use the app without creating an account (offline mode)
• Creating an account enables cloud sync and additional features
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must provide accurate information when creating an account

04 Subscriptions and Payments

Auto-Renewal

• Monthly and yearly subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel your subscription in your device's account settings (App Store or Google Play)

Free Trial

New users receive an 8-day free trial with full Pro access. After the trial, you can continue using the free tier or subscribe to Pro.

Refunds

Refund requests are handled by Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store) according to their respective refund policies.

05 User Content

• You retain ownership of all content you create (habits, notes, completions)
• We do not claim any rights to your content
• You are responsible for the content you create

06 Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to bypass subscription or payment systems
• Reverse engineer or decompile the app
• Interfere with the app's infrastructure

07 Data and Privacy

Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the app, you consent to the collection and use of data as described therein.

08 Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time from within the app (Profile → Delete Account). This will permanently remove your account and all associated data from our servers.

09 Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the app if you violate these terms.

10 Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

12 Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

13 Third-Party Beneficiary

Apple Inc. is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce them. You acknowledge that Apple has no obligation to furnish any maintenance and support services with respect to the app.
